Terms and house rules

A booking is confirmed once the payment requested by the booking platform has been received.

• A deposit of 50% of the total may be requested at the time of booking.
• For bookings close to the date, and for overnight stays, full payment may be requested.
• Bookings are made in a name.
• Only the guests declared at the time of booking may access the spa.
• Maximum capacity is 6 people.
• Access is reserved for adults aged 18 and over; proof of identity may be requested.

The exact terms will depend on the booking platform chosen and must be legally reviewed.

• A booking may be moved once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the slot.
• Within 48 hours of the slot, the booking payment is retained.
• In the event of a no-show, the full booking is due.

• Arriving 10 minutes before your slot is recommended.
• Late arrival is deducted from the booked time.
• Time to get ready, dress and leave is included in the booked duration.
• Any extension depends on availability and may incur a supplement.

• Showering is compulsory before using the facilities.
• Running and diving are not allowed.
• Glass containers are not permitted near the water.
• No outside product, oil, foam or liquid may be added to the pool or the hot tub.
• The premises are entirely non-smoking.
• Drugs, nitrous oxide and any dangerous behaviour are prohibited.
• The facilities must be used correctly; damage caused by improper use may be charged.
• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owners.
• Staff may end a session in the event of dangerous behaviour or a breach of the house rules.

• Outside food and drink are not permitted.
• Orders must be placed from the in-house menu, at reception.
• Allergen information will be displayed alongside the full menu.

The rates shown on this site are provisional and may be adjusted before reservations officially open. The applicable rate is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
